What can I do with CondoCafe?

CondoCafe allows you to submit maintenance requests, view your owner statements, and pay for strata fees.

How do I access CondoCafe?

First, create an account by visiting the registration page. Here you can establish a password and secret question.

Please note:

  • Your name and email provided must match our existing records for registration to be successful. To update your information, please complete an Owner Information form or contact us.

  • If your strata property is sectioned, you will require additional codes, one for each section. Please contact us so we can provide you codes.

As part of the registration process, you will receive a verification email with additional instructions.

Once registered, you can logon to the client portal page.

How do I know if my property has sections?

Properties will generally have sections if there are different types of units available in the complex.

Typical sections include:

  • Appartments

  • Townhouses

  • Commercial

  • Residential

Why must I use a separate code for each section?

Sections are separate legal entities, with unique fees, statements, and bank accounts. As a result, access is to each section with CondoCafe is separated with a code.

How is my payment information secured?

CondoCafe is hosted in Canada by Yardi Cloud Security, and relies on industry-standard encryption and security practices. Information is stored in fortified datacentres with procedures certified with PCI, SSAE 18, and Sarbanes-Oxley regulations.
